Color: Bright straw yellow with greenish highlights
Nose: It presents a good progression of aromas, ranging from rosemary aromas, typical of the grape variety, to elderflower, white-fleshed fruit, yellow fruit, and lychee.
Taste: It is soft at first, then savory and lively, with a good structure and excellent alcohol balance. The persistent aromas make it pleasant to drink, leaving a light and characteristic bitter note.
Pairings: Perfect as an aperitif with cheese puffs or pieces of Sardinian prosciutto, dishes based on fresh bottarga, savory vegetable pies, shellfish and seafood dishes, and flavorful, medium-fat fish, cooked or grilled. Excellent with pecorino and semi-mature cheeses.
