Shipments and returns
The shipment of your package
Our company delivers only and exclusively to the island of Tenerife. Packages are generally sent within a maximum of 8 working hours from receipt of payment and are generally shipped via our own means. If you prefer collection at our point of sale, please indicate this in the order.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges. Management costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in a single order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken in case of fragile items.
The boxes are adequately large in size and your items are well protected.

Right of withdrawal
The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, upon explicit declaration by e-mail containing the data necessary for identification.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer undertakes to fully return, in unaltered conditions and in the original packaging, the products received.
The right of withdrawal is however excluded:
· for the purchase of goods made to measure or personalized by Lia Wine according to the Customer's specific requests (see gift packages for example) or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or risk deteriorating or altering rapidly;
· for products not delivered due to the absence of the Customer from the place of delivery and for those which upon collection are altered or damaged due to the delay caused by the Customer himself.
If the withdrawal is carried out according to the methods and terms set out above, any amount already paid for the products will be credited to the buyer using the same payment method used on the website to complete the order. If the customer had paid in cash on delivery, the refund of the order can only be made via a coupon of equal value.
Reimbursement
The refund will be made as quickly as possible, and in any case within 14 days from the date on which Lia Wine, having received notice of the withdrawal from the Customer, receives the ordered goods intact and in the original packaging at the following address: Calle Inocencia Torres Afonso, 9E – 38628 - Las Zocas - Tenerife, paid by the customer.
