The new Ribolla Gialla Brut Nature is a tribute to the essence of our terroir and the balance of nature. The wine ages in the cellar for 2 months and then referments and evolves in an autoclave for another 4 months.
Color: Brilliant white gold with a hint of straw yellow. Fine and persistent perlage.
Bouquet: Reveals a vital energy lit with freshness, where the citrus precision of the Cyprus grapefruit fades into the floral notes of hawthorn and elderberry to then evolve into hints of fresh white-fleshed fruit, with a slightly bitter final touch.
Flavour: The absence of added sugars is supported and compensated for by the richness of polyalcohols. The bubble is crunchy with the pleasant sapidity of marine iodine and freshness attributable to a nice bite of citrus and fresh fruit.
Pairing: Welcome aperitif, fresh appetizers, raw fish and main courses.
