Bouquet: captivating with nuances of cherry blossom, honeysuckle, acacia and orange.

Taste: impresses with its elegantly dry flavour. The texture is wonderfully light on the palate. Thanks to the moderate acidity of the fruit, Cademusa Grillo Sicilia flatters the palate with a sensation of softness without lacking freshness. The finish of this young wine from the Sicilian wine region is delightfully long. Once again there are notes of guava and physalis.

Pairings: goes perfectly with asparagus salad with quinoa, spaghetti with yogurt and mint pesto or wok vegetables with fish, seafood and fish appetizers
