Taste: On the palate, it immediately reveals the character of an elegant, velvety wine, with a good fruity sensation. Well-integrated tannins and balanced acidity accompany the wine through a lingering finish.
Pairings: It pairs very well with a rich vegetable lasagna with smoked eggplant, chili-flavored feta, grilled zucchini, and red bell pepper. A simple grilled veal chop on the bone or a venison fillet. Excellent with aged sheep's milk and cow's milk cheeses.
