Color: clear and bright garnet red

Aroma: opens with a strong nose of jammy berries and sweet spices, notes of dried flowers and withered violets, along with balsamic and mentholated tones of Mediterranean scrub

Taste: powerful, vigorous and well-balanced taste between freshness and flavor, it is rich in spicy hints of cinnamon and cloves, while it closes towards more delicate notes of talc and face powder.

Pairings: with a fillet with porcini mushrooms, with a potato and black truffle tart, with mature cheeses.
